Orders Returned Within 14 Days:
We will accept any item that’s in its original, brand new and unopened packaging within 14 days of your receipt of the shipment. We will provide a full refund less a 15% restocking fee and free shipping costs. Order cancellations are also subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
Note: Due to the nature of the devices that we sell, we cannot accept returns of any used products (for hygienic reasons). Because of this, we highly recommend researching the product that you are interested in before purchasing. Missing / Broken Items: All missing and broken items must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. All glass products, components and accessories are not covered under warranty unless the product arrived broken.
Buyer must understand and agree to pay for all shipping costs associated with returning the item(s). This includes non-reimbursement of any expedited shipping services selected at the time of purchase.
Outside of the scope mentioned above we will not accept any returns for any reason. All Sales are Final.
However if you receive your unit damaged or non-functioning upon arrival we will gladly replace the unit for you.
Tetra Meds reserves the right to deny any return or exchange and may request additional information as a condition of a return or exchange.
Returns of any defective products are entitled to a replacement only during the manufacturer’s warranty period and in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty return policy. Most vaporizers come with a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty. We can handle the entire warranty process on some vaporizers, but certain manufacturers require that the customer process all warranty claims with the manufacturer directly. Customers are required to pay all shipping costs associated with a defective product return, unless the product was received DOA (defective on arrival). We will assist customers wherever possible. Please get in touch with one of our representatives if you have any questions concerning the warranty on your product.
Before You Ship Product(s) Back:
All returns or exchanges must have an RMA number associated with the package or it will not be accepted at our warehouse and will returned back to you. This will ensure proper processing of your item(s). To obtain an RMA, please contact us toll free: (844)-713-3453 Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm (PST) or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please display the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number on the outside of the box. Inside the box, please include either a copy of the original Sales Receipt or Invoice, or a sheet of paper with your name, address, phone number, reason for return and RMA number.
NOTE: You must return all accessories and product component parts. If the returned unit is determined to be operating normally upon inspection, we will need to ship the same unit back at the customer’s expense. Returns will not be processed if the conditions of our Return Policy are not fully met.
All Warranty claims will be facilitated by the Tetra Meds support team, please contact us within your warranty period and we will get you back up and vaping.
