The ACD Technology allows for a dynamic distribution of the NEW i4's charging power. the NEW i4 is capable of identifying a fully charged battery and divert all its outputting power to the next charging slot.

The NEW i4 is compatible with 1.2V, 3.7V, 4.2V and 4.35V batteries. You can almost charge all kinds of cylinder batteries you can have without buying extra chargers.

By simple operation with the V button, you can easily set charging voltage in each slot independently, including the 3.7V charging voltage that is good for long-term Li-ion battery storage.

IMR Battery Recovery You can press and hold both the C button and the V button to initiate IMR battery recovery to restore an OV depleted IMR battery.

Precise charging current distribution based on battery capacity The NEW i4 can intelligently select the most appropriate charging current based on battery capacity. For large capacity batteries like 18650 and 26650 Li-ion batteries, press and hold the C button can quickly activate 1500mA fast charging.

Intelligent Non-rechargeable battery detection The NEW i4 notifies users right when non-rechargeable batteries are installed. The NEW i4 automatically detects non-rechargeable batteries. It automatically reports errors with four LEDs on when non-rechargeable batteries are inserted.

Highly automatic and intelligent Built-in micro processor automatically identifies battery types and selects the appropriate charging voltage and current. Automatically detects battery status and selects the appropriate charge mode (CC, CV and -dV/dt)

Optimal -dV/dt charging for Ni-MH/Ni-Cd batteries -dV/dt charging program for Ni-MH/Ni-Cd batteries to detect battery status and control perfect timing for charging termination. Able to deliver maximum power while preventing overcharging.

Charging program optimized for IMR batteries With extremely low internal resistance, IMR batteries can be easily overcharged which leads to safety issues when charged in regular Li-ion battery chargers. To address this problem, the NEW i4 incorporates an optimized IMR charging system that is able to monitor the entire charging process, ensuring end voltage is always within safe limits which ultimately helps extending battery life.

Reverse polarity protection The NEW i4 will immediately terminate charging and notify users with four LEDs on when a battery is installed backwards.

Overcharging timeout protection The NEW i4 will monitor the charging duration for each battery. When charging duration reaches 20 hours, the NEW i4 will automatically stop charging and display a fully charged status. This is to prevent possible overheat or even explosion due to battery quality issues.

Made from quality materials The NEW i4 is made to last from fire retardant and flame resistant PC materials, with enhanced security and unyielding solidity. The NEW i4 features copper positive contacts and guide rails, reducing polarity electric resistance drastically, while increasing the precision of charging voltage. It reduces the heat during charging and ensures incomparable smoothness in sliding.
